How to Use Dineza: From Signup to First Order

By GuixJoyguide, onboarding, qr-ordering

Step 1 — Create your account

Sign up with your name, email, and password. Your workspace is created instantly — no sales calls, no hardware to buy.

Step 2 — Set up your restaurant

Add your restaurant's name and details from the dashboard. Every restaurant gets its own isolated workspace: menus, tables, orders, and staff stay separate.

Step 3 — Build your digital menu

Add dishes with prices, descriptions, photos, categories, and availability. Changes go live the moment you save — update prices or mark items unavailable during a rush without reprinting anything.

Step 4 — Create tables and QR codes

Add your dining tables. Each table gets its own QR code that links orders to exactly the right table. Download and print the codes, then place one on every table.

Step 5 — Accept orders

Customers scan the table QR with their phone camera — no app to install. They browse, add items to their cart, and place the order. It appears instantly on your dashboard with table info and status.

Step 6 — Manage, track, get paid

Move orders from placed to preparing to served from one screen. Accept UPI, cards, and wallets, and watch revenue, trends, and top-selling items in real-time analytics.

Tips for launch day

  • Print QR codes at readable size. Table tents work better than tiny stickers.
  • Keep your menu current. Mark sold-out items unavailable instead of disappointing guests.
  • Use roles. Give kitchen staff and cashiers their own access levels so everyone sees what they need.
  • Start on FREE. The free tier covers your digital menu and QR experience — upgrade to STARTER when you're ready to accept digital orders, and PRO for payments and advanced analytics.
