Plain-language summary of how Dineza handles data.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), restaurant details (name, menu, tables, settings), order and transaction records needed to run your restaurant, and payment metadata processed through our payment provider. Customers ordering via QR share only what is needed to place and track an order.
How we use it
To operate your restaurant's menu, ordering, dashboard, analytics, and payments — and to keep your data isolated per restaurant. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Digital payments are processed by Razorpay and Dodo Payments. Card and UPI credentials never touch Dineza servers.
Data isolation
Restaurant data is strictly separated by tenant: staff can only access restaurants they are members of, enforced server-side.
Your control
You can update your menu, settings, and account details anytime from the dashboard. For data questions or deletion requests, contact joyathawale2003@gmail.com.
